Here are the answers to most frequently asked questions. If you can’t find your answer, do not hesitate to contact us.


Is there a minimum order quantity?

Yes. We ship by cases that contain 6 bottles. At the checkout you will be asked to update you basket if your box is not full.

You can order as many boxes as you wish.

Can I mix different kinds of wines & labels in one box?

Yes. You can combine your box as you like. For example, you can have 6 different wines in your box, each containing a different custom made label.

Can I order a tasting case?

Yes. You can and we highly recommend doing it especially before making a bigger order. By ordering a case of 6 or 2 cases containing twelve bottles you can taste the entire selection before deciding which wine you want to serve to your guests during the event.

Do My Uniq Wines offer bulk discount?

As you order more cases delivery cost becomes significantly lower. (See DELIVERY section FAQs). If you wish to order more than 20 cases (120 bottles) please email at and we will send you the quote.

Do you provide wine for restaurants & bars?

Can I change my order after placing it?

Every wine bottle is uniquely produced to your order, therefore, we cannot guarantee that you will be able to change your order after placing it if it went to production stage. However, if you think you made a mistake or are willing to make a change please contact us as soon as possible after placing your order at and we will work out the solution with you. Please quote your order number when emailing us.

Can the wine vintage change?

Vintage change for Wines is quite common and when one vintage runs out, wine may be substituted with later vintage of similar quality. We will inform you if the vintage in your order changes.


What labels can I create?

Our designers created labels for different themes like wedding, birthday parties, corporate occasions and other. You can select any theme and  update text on all of them or upload your own images on some of them too.

My Uniq Wines reserves the right to refuse any label design that may violate copyright, trademark or any UK legislation.

Will my label look exactly like the virtual proof that I created online?

Yes. It will look exactly as you created it. As colours appear differently on screen and in print, slight colour variations may appear. However, we assure you they will be minor. 

If we spot any mistakes or notice improvements that could be made to the labels that you created we will contact you directly.

If you spot a mistake after placing your order please contact us as soon as possible at quoting your order number.

Can I change back label & wine cap?

No. We keep the original back label with description of the wine, grape type and other specific wine information, for you and your guest to know exactly where the wine was grown and produced. This also serves as an authenticity and quality stamp for the product.

Wine cap also remains original.

Do I have to apply wine labels on bottles myself?

No. We apply wine labels before delivering it to you.

Can I purchase wine without labels?

Yes you can. Please email us at and we will send you a two step instruction on how to do that.

Can I purchase only labels without wine?

Yes. You can. Please email us at and we will send you a instructions on how to do that and our pricing list.


Which countries do My Uniq Wines deliver to?

We currently only deliver to UK. If you wish to order wine to another country please contact us at and we will let you know how long it takes and the price of delivery to your country.

How much does delivery cost in the UK?

Delivery cost ranges from 5 to 1 GBP per bottle. The more you buy the less it costs us to deliver it to you.

How long does delivery take?

Delivery to any UK postcode will take up to 10-12 working days from the date of purchase.

Can I return & get a refund on my order if I’m unhappy with the product?

In case of product breakages we will replace broken items. Please email us at and send us a picture proof of the broken wine and your order number and we will organise the replacement.

Unfortunately, we do not offer refunds on wines that has been delivered because every wine bottle is uniquely produced to your specifications. If you are unhappy with the product please email us at and we will work with you to find the best solution.
