Terms & Conditions below present our promise to our customers, rules under which business operates and conditions of use of our service.

We sometime use abbreviation “MUW”, words such as “we”, “us” which refer to My Uniq Wines LTD.

Ordering

AGE RESTRICTION

  • We only sell to people who are 18 years old or above. By placing an order with MUW you confirm that you are 18 years old or older. We reserve the right to not fulfill an order if we think that customer is younger than 18 years old. Delivery company may ask recipient to present a valid ID if they are unsure of the recipient’s’ age.
  • If you are buying wine from us as a present, the recipient must be 18 years old or older.

GENERAL ORDERING

  • We reserve the right to not accept order.
  • We reserve the right to cancel any order that we can not fulfill for any reasons.

PRODUCT AVAILABILITY

  • All goods are subject to availability. We can not guarantee to fulfill your order if it’s out of stock.
  • Our website does not automatically check stock availability, therefore there might be cases where we can not fulfill your order. In this case we will contact you and let you know that wine that you ordered cannot be delivered. You will be able to choose a different wine of the same price with no additional charges or we can cancel your order and refund you full amount.

MINIMUM ORDER

  • We deliver by cases of 6 bottles. Minimum order is 1 case (6 bottles). You can mix&match any product in your case.
  • You can order as many cases as you wish.

PRICING & PAYMENT

  • All prices include UK VAT, unless otherwise specified.
  • All prices are quoted in GBP.
  • Any delivery charges are addition and are calculated and presented to you before you place your order.
  • We accept payments by PayPal, Visa, MasterCard, Maestro.
  • We also accept payments from corporate clients by PayPal, Visa, MasterCard, Maestro or bank transfer. If you are paying by bank transfer your wine will only be delivered when cleared funds have been received in MUW bank account.

VOUCHER USAGE

  • By redeeming or receiving a voucher from us you agree to the voucher usage terms and conditions.
  • Vouchers have no cash value.
  • Vouchers are not for sale of any kind.
  • Vouchers offer usage is restricted by voucher offer expiry date.
  • Vouchers can only be used once, and cannot be used in conjunction with other offers.
  • We reserve the right to terminate any voucher at any time, without notice.

Delivery, cancellation & returns

DELIVERY

  • We deliver to the address that is filled in the delivery address field when you are checking out.
  • We recommend that you use your work office address to make sure that you receive the order during office hours.
  • We deliver wine using TNT couriers. For large quantities we may use a different provider.
  • We currently deliver to UK addresses ONLY including the high Scottish Highlands, the Highlands, Scottish Islands, the Isle of Man, the Scilly Islands and Northern Ireland.
  • If you need orders to be delivered to another country please contact us directly at hello@myuniqwines.co.uk .
  • Delivery to the UK is between 5 to 1 GBP per bottle including VAT. The more you buy the less it costs us to deliver it to you. Please see our FAQ for detailed delivery pricing.
  • Delivery price is the same to all UK addresses.
  • Delivery usually takes up to 10 days from the day payment has been received.
  • We deliver between 8am – 6pm, Monday to Friday., excluding bank holidays. We sometimes may deliver good on Saturdays. This may apply to remote areas outside the main cities. In case we deliver outside specified hours you will be informed.
  • If the courier company is not able to deliver the goods they will contact the customer by phone. Therefore, it is compulsory to include your daytime personal phone number when you are checking out. In case goods are not delivered the first time and the receiver is out of reach there will be the second attempt to deliver the next or the following date.

CANCELLATIONS

  • Every product is unique, because you created a label for it. Once product has been created as you requested it can not be sold to another customer, therefore we do not allow order cancellations.

RETURNS

  • We will provide replacement for any wine that has been damaged during the delivery. In case this happens please email us at hello@myuniqwines.co.uk quoting your order number, describing the issue and sending us a picture of the damaged good. We will arrange to send you the replacement as soon as we can.
  • We may require faulty bottle to be returned to us. We will arrange this as necessary at your convenience.
  • Apart from breakages we do not replace products as each product has been custom made to the customers specification. However if you have an issue with your order please get in touch with us hello@myuniqwines.co.uk and we will work with you to find a solution.
  • Packages that are undeliverable are not eligible for refunds.

Custom made wine labels

CUSTOM MADE LABELS

  • We use digital printing to print your labels which are water resistance.
    We allow customer to upload the text and images to create their labels. We can not guarantee the quality of the label if you uploaded a low quality image.
  • We may time to time inform you if we find spelling mistakes in the text that you created. However, we do not guarantee that we spot all spelling or grammar mistakes.
  • By creating a label and placing an order you agree to buy the wine with the label that you created.
  • Custom made labels are water resistant. However, direct sunlight, scratching, fire, hot water may destroy the label.
  • You agree to not resell unique products which were delivered to you by us without our written permission.

  • We created this unique product to enable you to feel good and special by enjoying the highest quality wines branded by you. We aim that you had the best experience when shopping with us and enjoying our wines. We are always here to answer any question, to listen to your feedback and to help you get the best experience with our product.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY:

  • We will not be liable for loss or damage of the wine which is caused by the customer handling the wine.
  • We will not be liable for spillage or breakages caused by the customer.
  • We inform customer about some risks and warn that customer should be aware of:
  • Alcohol should be consumed in moderations.
  1. Extra care should be taken when lifting the heavy wine cases.
  2. If the box is damp please take extra care to ensure it does not break when lifting or transporting the wines.
  3. All wine, especially red, may cause staining if spilt so we advise to take extra care with product.Please be careful when opening wines using sharp wine opener, and please be aware that sparkling wines can be volatile due to the build up gasses.
  4. To maintain the high quality of the product please store it in a place that is suitable for wines.
  • My Uniq Wines will not be liable for personal injury or death caused by negligence of these Terms & Conditions.
